Louis came to do a survey on a property for me today. Very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what was expected, highly recommend.
Louis and his assistant did a great job sorting out a rising damp problem we had. Louis is very knowledgeable on the subject and is happy to explain everything in detail. Both are friendly, professional and trustworthy, I felt completely at ease leaving them in the house whilst being out at work etc. Very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use again in future.
First Class Service from Louis & Ryan. Very Knowledgeabe, Helpful and Friendly. Louis did a Survey to establish the cause of the problem and recommended the work to fix it. All this done within 2 weeks and we are very pleased with their work, cannot recommend these lads high enough.. Thanks Again !!.
What a lovely and professional service! Louie and Ryan have just completed a massive job for us; full damp proofing downstairs, chimney and roof work, wood treatment and plastering. They were so considerate of us and our needs. They were always so courteous and bent over backwards to help us in so many ways; they made a very stressful time much easier. We are very grateful that they worked so hard to make our first home safe, warm and dry! Massive thank you to both of them! Top lads!
Booked in the survey for us at short notice, pulled out all the stops to fit it in for us, did a great job, took photos for the report, and when the report was delivered just a day or two later, it was very clear about what was discovered with their various tests and measures, and outlined clearly what the remediation steps were, with costs. The price of the survey was, to be honest, lower than I expected, so all in all, I'm a very happy customer!
