I’m editing my reviews because things have improved a lot since. Stock management has improved five-fold. The ceiling is being sorted out. Things are a lot better. Still an issue with serving customers quickly enough, though.

It's a weird place. Choc-a-block with stock, yet whenever I go in there with a specific item in mind, I usually find they don't stock it and it'll be something simple too like a certain size photo frame. If you're claustrophobic I can see you not liking it on there because of how high things are stocked and how narrow the Isles are. The baskets of stock and stacks they have stick out too, making it hard to navigate if you have a pram or wheelchair.

I bought a few items today, 7 July, and found them heavy. Darya came to my rescue and carried them out for me. She was so kind and helpful. It was much appreciated.

Having read negative reviews about this particular B&M store I thought it only right to say for me, I had an excellent experience. I was looking for some new lampshades for a couple of bedside lamps. I found the lampshade section easily and there was plenty of choice. Luckily I took measurements of the lamps in question and worked out which ones would be the best. There was a little bit of a wait at the till however the lady working on the till area was fabulous. And when I came to pay, the lampshades were half price ... well, that was a nice surprise!

Big store but never any staff. Usually one staff on and long queues try to avoid as much as possible.
