Lovely helpful staff on the desk about 11.45-12 noon ish. today 7/1/25. at Scarborough store. My fault, ordered cat food instead of dog food online. Sorted and re-ordered a delivery to my home and set up the app on my phone. So grateful to you both and thank you for all your help

Didn't get the name of the young lady that served me today but I think she is new to the store. Very helpful, friendly and polite. She helped me with my new puppy, Patti. Helped with adding her to my pets profile and told me of the offers that were on in store. Store ID is 00232

After 10 years, my last visit will be my last ever. Have always had a good experience here, nice staff and a fair selection of produce, but that all changed a year back when a new member of staff appeared who is constantly patronising and aggressive if you don’t have (or want) a membership card. Being asked eight times in a single transaction why I don’t have a card, then asked if I don’t like dogs, why I don’t want to help them, just give me your postcode, what’s your address, why won’t you give me your details, etc, then basically told I won’t be welcome in Jan unless I sign up for a card. No, I don’t want to give you my personal information that you can use in your marketing just to save me a couple of pennies. This is the kind of hard selling that I thought had been banned by the DMCC Act that prohibits aggressive practices involving harassment coercion or undue influence. Utterly disgusting.

Recently visited to purchase another fish tank Was served by Molly who as always is extremely happy both in personality and in her willingness to help and give the best advice. She went the extra mile managing to find us the best offers available for us which managed to save us some more money which was greatly appreciated She is an asset to your store and makes our shopping experiences in store so much easier

Tried to get a hamster for my daughter for Christmas the young lady was helpful and passed me to this jumped up arrogant man after asking if we had a photo of the cage we bought for the size of the hamster and I told him we had the bigger size which was recommend by the store and on the web site he informed us that wasn’t big enough and meant buying the larger Guinea pig size he said where was it going and another list of questions I informed him it was going to my daughters house then to mine as it was a gift then was told by him how stressful for the hamster this would be so we would take it straight home he then went back to us not having a cage big enough and refused to sell us the hamster as he kept telling us they need a lot of room for exercise the youngest hamster they had was 5MONTHS OLD and has been in a glass display cage in the store for that amount of time which is 12 inches x 8inches app how dare he preach about the size needed when he was quite happy to leave them in the store in that amount of space he’s contradicting rude and it’s cruel
