Located at the north end of Scarborough, this small pay-and-display car park offers convenient access to Peasholm Park and the nearby cricket ground. Although spaces can fill up quickly during peak seasons, visitors will find it a handy spot for exploring local attractions. Note that the car park is not free, and payment options are available, though the pay machine may occasionally be out of service.

Small cramped car park handy for the cricket ground. The spaces are small the back of my car was in the hedge but the front still overhung by a foot The disabled spaces were on the steepest sloping part of the car park.... not very good for wheelchairs or those of us using a crutch
Parking area at the north end of Scarborough. Good-sized spaces. At the time of visiting (January 2018) the pay machine was covered and had a notice saying that parking was free until 1 March 2018. Appears to be a safe place to park, no signs of damage to the car after 3 days. Parking in Scarborough is expensive, being £1.20 for 30 minutes and £2 for an hour. The streets are narrow, parking is insufficient and the parking wardens are everywhere and vigilant so when you overstay your time you will be ticketed.
This is only a small pay and display car park so gets filled up pretty quickly in the Summer months because of its close proximity to Peashom Park, especially when the Naval Warfare is on in the park and it is used for parking for cricket when there is a game on. There are plenty of spaces in the Winter and often it is free during this time.
Typical Aldi supermarket in the centre of Scarborough behind main shopping street. Car park a little awkward to get to on one way system. Shelves untidy and many things sold out by mid afternoon. A general lack of order and possibly shortage of staff. Not the best shopping experience.
Easily accessible car park very close to the park. Only downfall is the pay and display wouldn’t allow card payments at the time
