Park Manor Hotel

I have given 5 stars based on value for money which was exceptional. Your staff your biggest asset were friendly helpful and smart. The room was adequate but you are back to value for money. Lounge service was very attentive. One negative im afraid. You should look at the food content especially when you don't serve beyond 7pm. The menu needs to be local traditional favourites but done within the capabilities of who is cooking My risotto was like wall paper paste and the chicken breast was gargantuan almost off putting . We were 8 of us with few favourable comments. However dessert was to die for. Lovely. So we enjoyed our stay love the atmosphere created by the mid century decor. Don t change that!!

A very pleasant off season stay. As repeat customers we appreciate the clean warm rooms, good food and friendly professional service. We were well looked after by all the staff especially when the snowy weather prevented us from going out one day. Plenty to do on that day with a with a small pool, Jacuzzi, a games room and a comfortable guest lounge available. All contributing to a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a front room, it was a little old fashioned, very clean but a little chilly even with the heating on. The meals were well cooked and tasty.

We were in Scarborough for a Charity Event and the hotel was recommended by a friend. Reception Staff were great and the room was well presented. Great night's sleep and brekky was 'to die for'. Used the Games Room, but forgot my cossie so couldn't use the Pool - shame!!

Absolutely wonderful place with a fantastic team in a great location. The room was thoroughly clean although a little out dated in areas - we paid a rate higher than the standard, which I assume was for the small sea view - at £35 more, I would have opted for the standard room as I don’t think it would be any different. The lounge area was relaxing in the evening and breakfast was perfect.
