White Rabbit Chocolatiers, est. 2004, is an artisan chocolate kitchen and shop, which crafts and sells its own luxury chocolate truffles, bars and novelties, using only the finest ingredients. It gets its name from a 14th century stone carving in St. Mary’s Church, Beverley, said to be the inspiration for the White Rabbit Character in ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’; but it gets its reputation from its experienced chocolatiers award-winning flavour combinations, and for allowing customers to become fully immersed in their very own Chocolate Wonderland.

Chocolate Making

White Rabbit also hosts regular chocolate making workshops. Awaken your inner chocolatier as you learn techniques such as how to temper chocolate, make a truffle ganache, roll and dip truffles, and finish them off with specialist decorations.
