I cannot recommend these wonderful people highly enough. They are doing amazing job. So friendly and helpful and more importantly very caring, they treats service users with respect and dignity at all times. I recommend you take your loved ones there to live the life they deserve. They have a good, trained, passionate and understanding team.

if you’re thinking of staying here or putting a relative in here for care one word DONT they don’t look after patients properly my mother received poor care while she was in there no one hardly checked on her throughout the day even though she was bed bound she developed two chest infections while in there the staff seemed hesitant to ring the doctor to check on her. they moved her from the doctors surgery she was at for over 20 years to a brand new one even though i said to them on the phone the day she moved not to switch doctors. also most of her clothes went missing and as we cleared out her room we found another patient wearing one of her nightshirts and her glasses went missing we never got them back. would not recommend at all.

i hope this place has improved. took my dad out in jan 2021 after 4 years. looks good on the outside but thats abt it. a lot of bad things went on here too many to list. they claim to care but not one person came to his funeral last sept . just remember never judge a book by its cover. !

Purpose built care centre for nursing care and individuals requiring specialist long term care. This is an incredible place with caring and conscientious staff.
