Proudfoot Seamer

We moved to Seamer, just over three years ago. The first time I called into Proudfoots store, I couldn't believe my eyes. I thought I was entering a small shop of little consequence. Wow, what a fantastic surprise. It was a tardis. Huge. Wall to wall refrigerated heaven. I use this brilliant superstore all the time. The staff are incredible. Friendly and helpful. And to add the cherry on top, it even has a post office.

This local family run chain of village stores is one of Scarborough's success stories, and their store in Seamer is one that really enjoy visiting. There's always a warm welcome, a good selection of products and the shop floor is always clean and tidy. Whatever time of day you visit, there is always a nice atmosphere, and for someone like me that doesn't actually like shopping, visiting the Seamer store is never a chore. Well done to all!

Complete and diverse assortment, both food and non food (like tools, diy, garden stuff, storage & household). Butcher and bakery with fresh products. Very kind employees, so good management.

Treated & steam cleaned all around the above property. Proud foots really care about the property & customers. Keeping on top off exterior cleaning for everyone. All staff was very helpful and nice. Enjoyed cleaning this property.
