Amazing venue, staff so attentive and fantastic photo opportunities.

What a stunning venue! We photographed a wedding here in summer 2017 and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They made the couple and all the wedding guests feel so at home and nothing was too much for them. The venue itself is stunning and we cannot wait to visit again as it is so perfect for a wedding. Highly recommend!

My daughter got married here. Wow what a day, such a fantastic venue for a wedding. Would give it ten stars if possible.

Stunning venue for a wedding!

My husband and I got married at the Orangery in May 2024. Our whole experience with Karen, Sara and the team has been fantastic from start to finish. Firstly the venue itself - it’s stunning. We fell in love with the place instantly upon our first viewing. We loved that the venue comprises one large room, which meant all our guests felt included - especially those who were elderly and less mobile, who could still sit at their table and watch the antics unfold on the dance floor later into the evening. Karen and Sara were also particularly accommodating in allowing us to set up a room in their hayloft, complete with sofa, for our elderly relatives to take a time out if they needed a moment of quiet during an otherwise long day. In terms of set up, Karen graciously allowed us and the caterers to access the venue for set up on the Wednesday preceding the event on the Saturday. We took some time off work to access the venue on the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to set up - spending a couple of hours a day here. This greatly reduced the stress in the run up to the big day. Where the Orangery only runs a handful of events each year, this also conversely meant there was no great rush to clear out the venue. We were able to take the Sunday to spend time with our guests (and nurse any sore heads), before coming back to clear out the Orangery on the Monday. We never felt rushed, and Karen could not have been more accommodating throughout. The day itself ran smoothly, with both Karen and Sara on hand to oversee the event. Their professionalism was key, and they were always on hand in the year run up to the event to assist with questions, as well aa providing advice and recommendations. Getting nearer to the time, they were on hand to liaise with suppliers to ensure everything was set up and ran smoothly. This was again particularly helpful in making our lives easier. It is a premium priced venue, but for that you do get a premium service - and our day was so magical I wish we could do it over again. Thank you for everything Karen, Sara & Team.
