I went to the restaurant yesterday evening barely 2 hours away from my reservation. I notified them I wanted to organise a surprise gender reveal. They pulled it up perfectly just the way I wanted it and even more than. A big shout out to Nicole and Miral admist all other amazing colleagues, they did beyond what I wanted and I’m happy the surprise came out so nice. From the reception into the restaurant, to the superb service they rendered with the food and drinks, to the surprise they pulled for the couple I wanted to surprise, to the background music they played “Halo” by Beyoncé that I told them I wanted during the surprise, to that big and wide smile that never left their faces. And to top it all, they were all ready to help. They did absolutely amazing and I didn’t regret choosing the restaurant. The couples have been grinning ever since they pulled the surprise on them yesterday up until now. It was totally worth it. Nicole, Miral, the DJ that played the music I wanted and every other colleagues that made the event memorable, thank you for such a warm reception ❤️❤️
My partner and I had a fabulous experience at this restaurant. The food was very appealing to the eye and so very tasty, delicious wine. The ambience was beautiful from the gorgeous decor (even in the ladies) and soft music playing. The service was excellent and Matt had a great personality and oversaw that every part of our experience was up to a very high standard. Would not hesitate to go back and taste other appealing foods served there.
I visited this restaurant for lunch and was the only customer at the time. I ordered the Sunday roast, which was overall tasty, especially the vegetables, which were delicious. However, I found the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable during the day. It seems better suited for evening dining or events. The place was dusty and not really clean. The service was fine. I wouldn’t mind returning during an evening, but I wouldn’t recommend it for lunch based on my experience.
Beju seemed like a new place as there wasnt many people there. It was like a hidden jem.The staff were brilliant, attentive and the drinks were free flowing. The food was lovely but I think the word brunch (breakfast/lunch) is lost on people as the food options were Chinese style starters. Spring rolls etc. Only 2 veggie options I seem to remember. The table next to us ordered a porn star martini which was in a bigger glass and had half a passion fruit in it. We didn't. I dont think they were having a brunch experiance and were paying full price. That being said, Nico the waiter was faultless and so friendly and welcoming. I would book to go back as its nice to actually hear your friends conversation instead of shouting over other people. It all depends what you want. Im a little bit older so like the laid back atmosphere.
The only thing in the restaurant that resembled heating wasn't working - even the toilets were warmer. They've clearly poured their budget into ambience instead of chefs. Shame you can't eat ambience, because it was the best thing they offered. The food was forgettable and the prices were delusional.
