I have an allergy and they still brought food with it You chicken wings were raw overall the food awful and I would not recommend coming here. I think most the food was frozen

Myself and my family have been coming here since it opened and I can honestly say we have never had a bad meal from here, we have tried a lot of meals from the menu and enjoyed everyone of the it is the true meaning of turkish food and would definitely say it is the best Turkish restaurant we have eaten from, the decor is beautifull, the staff are very welcoming and again the food is definitely a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit.

Following our drinks order, there was a delay of approximately thirty minutes before any engagement regarding food. When this was raised, we were instructed to wait a further five minutes to order due to the kitchen being “busy”, despite the restaurant operating at no more than sixty to sixty five percent capacity, with multiple vacant tables plainly visible. During this period, the adjacent table, who arrived after us, was permitted to place their order without delay. No explanation or acknowledgement of this inconsistency was offered. There was no apology, no reassurance, and no attempt to manage the situation professionally. Visible dissatisfaction was met with hand gestures and repeated indications of “one minute”, which falls below acceptable service standards. After eventually placing our order, we waited a further 33.5 minutes + the original time on "limbo/pending" without food arriving and without any proactive check from staff. While the food itself was satisfactory, the service was not. For occasions of significance, a venue with demonstrably consistent standards and equal treatment would be more appropriate. The conduct observed here does not reflect the level of professionalism expected within Sheffield.

I was very disappointed with the service at this restaurant, although it was one of my favorite places to have dinner. We ordered starters and drinks, as well as water. Out of four starters, they only brought one, because they probably forgot the others. Despite that, they brought the main course, but forgot to bring the plates. When I asked why they didn't bring water, they immediately said that we didn't order it. After all this, I asked for the bill, so she went to the bar and talked to her colleague, ignoring me. Then her colleague brought the bill, which she had written by hand with some kind of wish, which I don't really understand, but I feel that it wasn't a wish for a nice evening :) she laughed sarcastically as she left, it's a shame that this is tolerated, but I will never return to this restaurant again, I was shocked. (and it wasn't a busy time because there were four of us in the restaurant in total) The waiter was so rude and unpleasant.

Beautiful authentic food and fantastic service. We will definitely be returning.
