these are my orders from multiple occasions. I had called to ask for a refund as deliveroo said to contact them directly & despite calling multiple times with the promise they’d email/contact me they never did. the man on the phone was very understanding & super lovely (not his fault at all!!) but apart from that overall very disappointing
Really friendly couple creating some yummy sushi locally! One of the only places in Sheffield which makes a Tuna Gunkan - believe it or not! The rolls were massive and full of ingredients! I do think the sushi rice could have more seasoning. Overall, I would recommend and I’d visit again! Happy days!
Unfortunately, the quality of street art sushi is no longer any good. Since the past 3 times, I’d had ordered street art sushi on Deliveroo, only to find that my order came with almost no salmon. I tried to go through deliveroo to get a refund, and they told me to ask directly— so I did. I called, and they said they’d pass me the email to get a refund, although nothing came through. When I’d called the second time, they said they’d personally issue me the number of the owner so I could get my refund. I’m honestly incredibly disappointed as I used to really enjoy street art sushi.
The worst sushi ever and very unsafe to eat. We ordered it for delivery - took them 2,5 hours !!!!! To deliver. And when we received the order we noticed that salmon was not fresh, smelly and looked rotten. Upon tasting it we noticed it was very sour, extremely fishy and gave us both a stomach ache. The rice was also crunchy and uncooked. They didn’t put any ginger or wasabi to the order either. Please don’t order from this place they should be closed!!!!
Sadly not a good experience with their takeaway. Food took over an hour and a half to arrive, even ringing to check, to be told 'the driver is just leaving'. Food was disappointing, especially the 'vegetarian selection' which the menu claims has three different types, instead was just a plate of maki. Price also much too high for portion sizes. We used to order quite regularly and are sure their service and food was of much higher quality before their move.
