Role: Manual Machinist Type: Full Time, permanent Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:00am-4:30pm and Fri: 8:00am - 3:30pm Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + Over time (Optional) Location: Sheffield Are you a Manual Machinist looking for your next challenge? If so, then this opportunity cannot be missed! I am seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join a leading Engineering company due to growth in the business. Manual Machinist - Key responsibilities: Machine and produce components/parts for rotating equipment in accordance with technical drawings Set up and operate manual lathes, milling and boring machines safely and efficiently Perform high precision turning and welding on specific parts such as shafts or pump bearings Use pillar and radial drills Manual Machinist - Essential Skills & Experience: Strong background and experience operating manual machines including lathes and milling machines Apprentice trained and qualified in machining or similar Experienced using industrial drilling machines such as radial and pillar drills Experienced in a manufacturing environment and trained in health and safety Manual Machinist - Benefits: 25 day holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme Gym Membership Training and development courses If you feel you're a good fit for this position, then please apply with your latest CV or contact Amar in the Birmingham office for a confidential discussion.
