While prior experience is not essential, full training will be provided.</li><li>Deliver precise and timely reports using specialized field software, ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li><li>Maintain exceptional service levels and foster strong client relationships to support ongoing business growth and opportunities.</li></ul> <br /><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br /><ul> <li>Undertake EPCs on domestic properties using iPad software in the field</li><li>Undertake Inventory related property assessments using various pieces of software in the field, such as Inventories, Property Audits, Property Viewings, check in’s, Check outs and Legionella Risk Assessments</li><li>Undertake independent energy Audits</li><li>Submit comprehensive, accurate reports, submitted same day, on a right first-time basis.</li><li>Meet daily targets relating to volumes and quality of work</li><li>Use in house IT systems to complete assessments daily</li><li>Attend training sessions as required</li><li>Embrace the core values of the business</li></ul> <br /><br /><strong>Essential Qualifications- DEA qualification- Experienced DEA</strong><br /><ul> <li>A full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle at all times, and appropriate insurance for business use are essential for this role.</li><li>Show flexibility and adaptability to deliver a diverse range of products</li><li>Embrace new products and processes within a changing business</li><li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong working relationships</li><li>Ability to self-motivate and work on your own initiative</li><li>Excellent organisational skills</li><li>Excellent IT skills</li><li>Take ownership of Continuous Personal Development</li><li>Diligent, trustworthy and respectful when working in clients’ homes</li></ul> <br /><br />NC00045<br /><br />
