<strong>Role Overview</strong> <p>We are looking for a highly accomplished <strong>Senior DevOps Lead</strong> with <strong>15+ years of IT experience</strong> to drive enterprise-wide <strong>DevOps transformation across multi-cloud and hybrid environments</strong>. The ideal candidate will combine <strong>strategic leadership with strong hands-on DevOps expertise</strong> and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</p> <p>This role involves defining DevOps strategy, implementing scalable CI/CD platforms, enabling DevSecOps practices, and leading cloud-native transformation across the organization.</p> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><strong>Enterprise DevOps Strategy & Governance</strong> <ul> <li>Define, drive, and govern the <strong>enterprise DevOps roadmap and maturity model</strong>.</li><li>Establish <strong>DevSecOps practices</strong> aligned with compliance and audit requirements.</li><li>Standardize <strong>CI/CD pipelines, release governance, environment strategies, and automation frameworks</strong> across business units.</li><li>Lead <strong>enterprise cloud transformation initiatives</strong> across multi-cloud environments.</li></ul> <strong>CI/CD & Azure DevOps Architecture</strong> <ul> <li>Architect and implement <strong>scalable CI/CD pipeline ecosystems</strong> using <strong>Azure DevOps and Jenkins</strong>.</li><li>Define <strong>branching strategies, release workflows, artifact management, and environment promotion models</strong>.</li><li>Implement <strong>automated testing, security scanning, quality gates, and compliance validation</strong>.</li><li>Optimize pipeline performance, reusability, and governance at scale.</li></ul> <strong>Multi-Cloud & Infrastructure Leadership</strong> <ul> <li>Architect and deliver solutions across <strong>multiple cloud service providers (CSPs)</strong> with <strong>Azure as the primary platform</strong>.</li><li>Design <strong>resilient, scalable, and cost-optimized hybrid cloud architectures</strong>.</li><li>Implement <strong>Infrastructure as Code (IaC)</strong> using <strong>Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation</strong>.</li><li>Lead <strong>containerization and orchestration initiatives</strong> using <strong> Docker and Kubernetes</strong>.</li><li>Ensure <strong>high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, and observability frameworks</strong>.</li></ul> <strong>DevOps for COTS Platforms</strong> <ul> <li>Establish <strong>DevOps frameworks for enterprise COTS platforms</strong> such as <strong>Salesforce, Temenos, IBM enterprise solutions, and Snowflake</strong>.</li><li>Design <strong>CI/CD automation pipelines, configuration management, and deployment workflows</strong> for packaged applications.</li><li>Implement <strong>environment provisioning and release orchestration strategies</strong> for enterprise COTS systems.</li><li>Integrate COTS solutions into <strong>enterprise DevSecOps toolchains</strong>.</li></ul> <p><br /></p>
