In this senior operational role, you will have Full responsibility for the running of our Distribution Centre, ensuring service excellence across all warehousing activities </p> <p>You will lead multiple teams and managers across core distribution functions, driving performance against safety, service, quality, compliance and cost targets across all shifts</p> <p>As a people manager, you’ll play an essential part in shaping a positive, inclusive, and development-focused culture across the site. Check out our Leadership Standard here to find out more. </p> <p><strong>Working hours</strong>: 37.5 hours per week, on-site, Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm with occasional weekend flexibility should it be needed.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield, S35 2PW – located just off Junction 35A of the M1.
