Experienced C++ / RUST Engineer

Senior/Lead C++ / Rust Developer The Oho Group have partnered with a fast-growing Sheffield-based startup looking for a lead engineer to drive their C++/RUST development. The Role They are looking for a Senior / Lead C++ / Rust Developer to take ownership of critical components of our platform. You'll play a key role in shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving best practices across the codebase. This is a hands-on leadership position—perfect for someone who enjoys both deep technical work and guiding a team.
