Be warned you may get a Parking charge despite thinking you are safely parked, and have little if any chance of a successful appeal. It is not worth the risk. NCP issued me a parking charge of £100 simply because despite being as far back in the space as practical my front bumper was over the white line. I tried to appeal, but giving no further explaination they rejected my appeal (the fact that they decide is very poor). Adjacent cars were all slightly over the white line, as I have been here previously. It would seem that they are just money grabbing, and not concerned about customer service or fairness. I will no longer be using NCP and advising others not to use them. p.s. This was resolved by NCP with no charge and I have increased the rating to reflect.
