The Real Computer Shop - Sheffield

I honestly can't say enough positive things about The Real Computer Shop. The staff are phenomenal, extremely helpful and always happy to take their time to inform and educate you in whatever you want to purchase whilst being happy, friendly and clearly interested in what they do. The value for money I got for my new computer, screen, keyboard, mouse and sound system was beyond anything I've ever experienced and I've been an avid computer gamer for 30 years. I traveled from Liverpool to Sheffield after contacting them over the phone as I was so blown away by their professionalism and the pricing of their computers not to mention the time they took too explain everything to me from how much RAM it was worth getting to completely explaining the benefits of different cooling systems, their attentiveness was second to none Stephen who I spoke to on the phone and met in the shop had a lovely attitude and was most helpful even when I felt that I was bothering them to much he assured me that its completely understandable when purchasing a computer, nothing was a trouble to him. I can't thank these guys enough, my new computer is a complete and utter beast, quieter than any PC I've ever owned and all of the accessories are top quality and way beyond what I was expecting. Thank you The Real Computer shop and thank you Stephen for your help, hard work and dedication to your craft. 15/10 def would travel to Sheffield to get a computer again

I received the best customer service I have experienced since well before covid times. I went into the shop to ask about upgrading my desktop and laptop to Windows 11. I was promptly given great advice and support from a very friendly and knowledgeable team. I can highly recommend The Real Computer Shop for any of your tech queries.

I bought my tablet from this shop a few months ago and everything was fine.... Until today. I couldn't get it off night mode. I took my tablet to the real computer shop on ecce road and they were amazing. Done in seconds, no charge. Thank you.

Booked in 2 PC rebuilds (from parts we supplied) for my daughter and her friend. The team were knowledgeable, friendly and super quick. Both PCs working as planned and the girls can get on with their course. Thank you to Nick and the rest of the team we dealt with. Definitely will recommend to others.

Many thanks Jamie for setting up my brother printer on 25 Sept. It would not be an understatement to say that my understanding of printer/ computer terminology verges on the non existent. Your explanation of what you were doing & also of the various printer functions/ operations in “plain language” is very much appreciated!
