Attended the branch in Sheffield On arrival was ask by Vanessa why I was there. Told me to take a seat for 20 minutes as it was very busy. Vanessa came back and was so helpful,I felt I had to do a review. Please pass on my thanks to her,she is a credit to your business.

Strange to write a review on a bank because I'm morally opposed to them. However! every time I've had to do things here the staff have been fantastic. Especially a big shout out to lizzie, absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!

0 out if five stars but it wont let me give that… its the Worst customer service ever!!! i have been into the bank three times and phoned customer service so many times i have lost count, tgey tell me to go into branch to sort the issue, every time they tell ne its sorted and every time it isnt , ive now tried phoning direct to the branch and they are putting the ohone down not even answering, what a joke. Will someone please contact me
