we,ve been going here for years now, the staff are always friendly and very helpful. both myself and my husband love this place. i,d hate to think what we are going to do if ever they close this place down, because we don,t and won,t do online banking we don,t trust it.

Waited for above an hour to get served had a problem with a transaction jammed one off the machines didn’t think to put another cashier on couple of customers walked out fed up of waiting 2 pe dealing with one customer what a sham
Disappointed can't even get there no parking especially for someone like myself who's disabled & used to go to firth park branch that's closed permanently l don't do online banking don't trust it & don't know how to anyway it makes me laugh when they say be careful with online have pass words protection hacking scams l don't need that or any of it if l can get to bank so really Disappointed big wigs who control banks don't care about disabled people that's obvious so l will leave Lloyd's bank find another one that can or have disabled parking shame really been with Lloyd's a long time
Staff always helpful and polite. Talking face to face with someone dealing with your money is alway better than over the phone.
