Heeley Post Office

I needed my ID documents validating after a house move. The post office siaff went above and beyond to deal with the extra requirements imposed upon me by my bank. After making two phone calls on my behalf, I was finally able to get the documentation sorted. I would recommend them for this service.

Rude women behind counter who doesn't know how to do her job. I guess being married to the owner has its perks. Never open on time, It was half 10 and says opens at 9. Disgraceful behaviour and poor service. The outof date look is last thing on people's mind after all the other bad things

It is a nice area and the service is quick, but the premises are late opening in the mornings sometimes.

I have always had excellent customer service at this branch whenever I have visited but today they have gone above and beyond and truly deserve a 5 star review. I missed the last parcelforce collection before the weekend and was disappointed that this meant my niece's birthday present wouldn't arrive until the day after her birthday. Upon hearing that this was a present for a 2 year old, the owner agreed to drop it off at the parcelforce depot on his way home. What a gentleman! Can't thank you enough!

Great service, they sorted out our passport applications, and were very polite, very patient and helpful. They went beyond to help us sort out our passports even after closing time. Would recommend to others who are looking to get their passports sorted.
