Diamond Nails Spa Sheffield

Been this afternoon as my mum had a really good experience there. Unfortunately I didn’t experience the same good service. I went for a soak off & fresh set & toes to match. I had a male do my toes who 100% did not have a clue what he was doing, burnt me several times with the electric file, had to be told multiple times to shorten the nail for me, the gel polish has been left uneven & all over my skin after 1hour and 15 mins I have an overall unfinished look on the colour I choose for my toes, right now for nails, was just left stood there with no communication of where to take a seat or who’s turn it was next which made me feel really awkward… hoping for the stranded procedure of cut them down file as much acrylic off then soak them in acetone…. Not here, a lady clipped the length (fine) the male proceeded to file and did nothing but hack away at the acrylic and burn my skin, to then present a bowl of acetone that the bowl had already been used for a previous soak off not cleaned out, leaving all black sticky stuff floating in the water, skin and other nail debris of someone else, at this point enough was a enough there was NOWAY I was having my nails done by the same male who had no clue what he was doing or customer service for that matter, I paid for my toes and walked out with half filed off nails. Even other females sat having there nails done was rolling their eyes at the service I was getting, AWFUL

Best acrylic nails I’ve had in like forever. Thin acrylic nails (very difficult to get), perfect shape and always taking care of my cuticles so they look healthy. Super polite, friendly and welcoming salon that always looks spotless. I won’t be going anywhere else, they’re the best. So happy I found them! 🤍

Unsure whether the girl was new or not but I did not leave a happy customer, photos were taken immediately after my manicure. Asked for tight coffin/ ballerina and kept telling me it will be done later, after asking her to shape them a bit more coffin shaped before painting she became very rough. I ended up leaving with the most square wonky nails that had me in tears as opposed to my friends nails that looked exactly as she liked. Will NOT be returning.

Absolutely love going here, the staff are so friendly and will do whatever they can to do what you want doing with your nails, they're good quality too, mine have never risen up or snapped off like they do at other nail salons. So glad I started using them. Highly recommend!
