Magic nails Sheffield

The staff were nice. I had gel on my natural nails. I was a little devastated that the gel on my right hand started peeling off after 2 days, and I went on holiday for 3 weeks after that, so I was unable to go back to see if something could be done. I ended up only being able to take cute pics of my left hand over my 3 weeks abroad. I came back today to get them off - I ended up cutting my right hand natural nails short as they looked a bit grim from with the gel just peeling. I explained the situation and the staff responded that they were really sorry about what happened. I was given a £5 off voucher / loyalty card when I spent £20 (I think) to get the gels on the first time I went, which was very generous of them - however, do note that there is a minimum spend of £20 to cash the loyalty card in. They gave me the gel removal free of charge and they were very apologetic of my experience. I did love the design, and I really loved how my left hand turned out, and how long it lasted, but I was quite upset with my right hand. The staff were nice, to reiterate my point before, and they were apologetic and accommodating when I explained my situation. Pictures below of my left hand, before and after 3 weeks on holiday - they remained in good condition and lasted. Thanks to the staff for handling my situation gracefully.

Absolutely recommend! I was stuck for where to go in Sheffield and am so glad I picked here. The process was so quick and the lady kept asking me if I was happy with them which was reassuring. Really good price too, couldn’t recommend more :)

I came here because of all the good reviews, but my nails were treated so harsh that my fingers started bleeding and I have two cuts there now. Also the edge of my right thumb was filed too much. Right now, after the whole day my fingers are red, swollen and throbbing. The nails look good, but are not great and the lady there was nice, but the man who started doing my nails should understand he is dealing with humans not dolls.

Fast service, all the staff are very kind and listen to what you ask for and try their best to accommodate you. They provide water or a hot drink if you would like one, and they are happy to help with whatever you need, e.g. provide a phone charger. My nails were done really well, i asked if they could do something similar to a reference photo i had and they did it perfectly, costing £45. I will definitely come back when I need infills doing!

The junior chopped my natural nails so short way beyond the white part before doing acrylics. The senior made the acrylics SO THICK and heavy (i asked her to do a length that will suit me)I went to Arudel to get it shortened as they felt so heavy they said its so thick and badly done. I finally had the money to get them infilled and the one in Walkley did a fab job. 1st pic in crookes 2nd after arundel 3rd at walkley. I will go to arundel or walkley from now. Never going to the one in crookes.
