I received a gift voucher from my husband and was my first time going to see Cindy. She immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. We started with a foot scrub and a natter and all things baby (as I recently had my second) and then moved onto full body and facial. She tailored the products to my needs (breastfeeding and skin tone) and it really was so good. I never felt rushed either, In fact we went over the appointment time and I didnt feel rushed to get out the door for the next appointment or anything that I have previously experienced elsewhere. I first went to Cindy at The Beauty Retreat Sheffield about 3 years ago as I was given a voucher as a gift, I had red patches on my cheeks, uneven & generally quite dull, bumpy tired looking skin. I had a facial, it was an amazing experience, Cindy has so much knowledge & is able to adapt completely to what my skin needed. I’ve been using the same expensive products for years & clearly they were completely wrong for my skin, I even found out I was allergic to an ingredient in them! The new regime & products Cindy advised have completely transformed my skin, I’m more confident, can go out with little or no make up on, amazing results. 3 years on I wouldn’t be without the facials & advice from Cindy, she’s my skin Doctor!

Absolutely brilliant, since starting having treatments with Cindy and her team my skin looks 10 times better than it did, my skin always used to look tired and pale, that fact that all the products are organic helps my skin to glow and look bright. Cindys knowledge and experience is the best I have ever come across. It's a natural face lift boosting my skin, whats not to love!

I started seeing Cindy after a stressful period. I was worn out and my skin was sensitive. Cindy has been amazing in helping me to manage my skin, and has given me sincere advice. She never pushes additional services or products and so I trust her guidance. I wish Cindy could be duplicated, so I could see her more often! Katie also gives the best pedicures. I am hoping to visit the salon more often. I know they are now offering new treatments. I would highly recommend visiting the day spa.

Cindy's expertise, knowledge and all round care for you during your facial is first class. From the moment you arrive you are treated like a queen. The little touches are exceptional like the heated bed, music, fresh flowers, massages and much more. Even though i attend every month she always checks my skin and adapts the facial to suit where my skin is at that day. Her skincare knowledge is immense and helps me to keep my skin looking amazing as I age. She is also a skilled listener and whilst doing wonders with your skin she also helps you to offload and seek solutions to whatever is going on in your life. She is truly exceptional at what she does and I for one would never go anywhere else.
