Took my cycling jacket to Henry-May just yesterday for a necessary repair. Paul has clearly paid attention to detail when carrying out the repair. The stitching is very neat and it appears to be very strong. It was ready for collection today. Very happy. Thank you. Brief: The stitching dividing the pockets on the back had come undone, making one large pocket on the back of the jacket, instead of two smaller pockets. For clarity, I told Paul that I’m happy for him to do the stitching in a reasonable colour (raspberry pink, to match the jacket / orange, to match the taped shoulders / black or grey to match other features of the jacket).

Received some sleeves for a company project from Paul. He was great throughout the process providing free samples and then being very friendly and helpful with his communication. Would happily use his service again anytime!

Recently purchased some cushions from Paul. Superb quality with beautiful fabrics and designs. Very professional service. I'm aware he does commissions so very well worth a chat if you're looking for something in particular.
