Wickes Sheffield North

I'd think twice before getting a bathroom fit. Before I go in to the bad, I will say the design team at Sheffield North are excellent - Louis, in particular, is hardworking and knowledgeable so in our bad experience, we are very grateful to him. But the customer service and aftercare is a complete mess. Our bathroom had delivery issues, a wrongly fitted shower and generally no one seemed to know what was happening. Months later, our extractor fan still doesn’t work, and repeated follow-ups since September have gone nowhere. We are still waiting for resolution.

Went in for one item. Plenty of it in stock. Asked for some assitance, service was excellent. Only gripe is car park bays are not clearly marked. Could do with some repainting. Overall it is a good Wickes.

I like Wicks Overall, I was reccomended to go. However, i prefer the new shop SHEFFIELD DIY. it has cheaper key cutting and better prices.

Decent place to get basic DIY materials and reasonably priced things for hosepipe and large heavy-duty bin bags. A perfect place if you are self-employed like a plumber or electrician for your work supplies. I know if I need anything, to check this place first. It has good parking and is easy to find.
