Amazing service and a really helpful team! I came in looking for a specific car that wasn't on the lot, but Logan went above and beyond to track it down for me. During the process, Cameron also took the time to come over and check on us, having a chat to make sure everything was going ok and seeing if we needed anything. ​When it came time for the purchase, Ryan dealt with us and provided excellent service. Even when we hit a few obstacles that were out of his control, he did everything in his power to make sure we could drive away in our new car. I truly appreciate the extra effort the whole team put in to make this happen. Thank you again!

I sold my car with motorpoint sheffield. It was such pleasant experience with them. I got a very decent Value for my car, Usually other buyers knock out a terrible huge amount from the initial offer they give even when the car in pristine condition. But the motorpoint team after inception in various ways and levels they knocked out only a small fraction of amount. Before selling the car I vacuumed and washed. It was having full service history with both keys, user manual and spare tyre.

Went in to see what cars they had available as they showed many available in Sheffield... they hinted when arrived that they might not have the car that showed on their website in Sheffield. First question they asked "what's your email address?", I said "I don't want to be spammed" and the reply was "I can not search without your email address ". I walked out will buy a car from somewhere else. You don't need my email address to show me a car! Don't bother visiting these clowns

Rude staff, i bought a car from here last month amd it wasn’t pleasant at all. They were interested at looking at facebook and instagram on their phones in the offices than customer service. Dire attitude abrupt rude and unprofessional. I was going to buy another car i had seen until i experienced their service skills and why would i want to line their pockets again. Then the hand over they have you sign before they have actually handed it over, worst bit is the guy had no idea how anything worked!

Nothing but a good experience with this company from start to finish. Got my car earlier than expected which was great. Helena was absolutely amazing and looked after me so well even when we had a small issue, she reassured me and made sure it was sorted which it was. Thanks again
