I've used this place for a long time because the space between pumps is wide enough to let my side ramp down and get out by wheelchair. It's always had friendly staff throughout all the takeovers. Recently, I needed adblue and was going to get a bottle because I hadn't parked by the adblue pump. They informed me it was cheaper at the pump but I was tired and couldn't face getting myself back out of the car another time to move to that pump, get out to pump it and then back in the shop to pay. They went out of their way to ensure I didn't need to get back out once I'd got me and my chair back in the car and came out to pump it, sorted my payment etc, even though I hadn't asked for special treatment and was just going to spend more on the bottle to save myself the hassle. It was very much appreciated, and I want to make sure these guys know it. I'm a pretty independent person but being ill and disabled is tiring and having a bit of help offered here and there is very much appreciated!

People won't be able to return parcels using the EVRI parcel drop-off here after 10pm as the machine "stops working" apparently, even though the Evri website lists this place as open 24/7 for the same. Update: Went back to the store to return items...the staff there couldn't be more helpful. Changing my initial ratings from one to four stars!!!!

I had to collect a BnB key from this shop. The hosts hadn't sent me the required code. Having just landed from Africa, I had no local data or phone service. Hras allowed me to use his phone, and even let me log onto his personal wifi to resolve the problem. He was patient and helpful at every stage, and refused to accept money for the lengthy phone call. I cannot praise him enough. An incredible experience in humanity that I will remember long after I leave Sheffield. Thank you, kind sir.

Do not use this SPAR for parcel collection. Refuse to serve at 2120hr as ‘doors are partially shut’. Lady with white hair was able to sell vapes to 2 young man but can’t give out parcels? Stop lying to customers with false advertising about the time you’re open for parcels. Absolute disgrace!

Polite staff and always helpful. I use this service station to drop parcels off and have always been met with a friendly face. Would recommend this place to everyone.
