City Road Post Office

Today I left the package, but they refused to provide confirmation of receipt. I have a photo and a witness to prove that I did it. I wrote to eBay about this, and they said it's a problem with the post office and that their code is correct. Now I don't know what to do, the package will probably get lost, and I’ll be left without my item.

I use this post office for all my banking and post. I can honestly say that it is the most efficient and professional post office I’ve used! The staff are so friendly and helpful- and the lady who is boss there treats everyone with respect (believe me theres some tricky customers in there). Would recommend to anyone!! Thanks ladies!

By far the most helpful post office. Staff are always willing to go above and beyond to help when I'm clueless of what I'm doing. They are so friendly and polite every time even when there's a queue out the door! I'm not normally one for writing reviews but I feel like I needed to give them the praise they deserve for how fab they are. Also its a little goldmine, great selection of sweets, chocolates and gifts. Can't wait to see your Christmas stock! Staff are so friendly and helpful. My parcel had the wrong address on it and was returned to the post office. Instead or simply returning it to sender, Kim found the correct address and re-sent it to me. Saved me having to go shopping for replacement Christmas presents

Kim and Co deliver a really great service. During lockdown they have made slight changes to closing time but stay open during lunchtime. They are efficient with customers to make sure you're not waiting outside too long with only 2 customers allowed inside. They have also lots of gifts, cards, sweets and food supplies which is great for last minute birthday presents. Thank you for always being dependable.
