Ridgeway Dental Practice

I found the whole experience with Ridgeway Dental Practice to be a vary positive one. From the friendliness of the staff member on reception onwards. Paul Lugaric was excellent, taking time to explain the process I was to go through, the reasons for it and any risks. He also communicated clearly what was happening at each stage of the process of removing a wisdom tooth and made me aware what I might hear and feel at each stage. After the process was finished he took the time to explain what might happen in the next few days in terms of potential swelling and bruising and also what I should do. His dental assistant was also very pleasant and efficient in their tasks

I decided to tak the plunge and have` Invisalign` teeth straightening done , so after a friends recommendation I made an appointment at Ridgeway. Lets be honest nobody enjoys going to the dentist but my first visit was a great experience. Laura and the team were very friendly , professional and gave me all the information I needed to make the decision to go ahead with the procedure. Ongoing visits to get the prep work all done have been just as good. I am now wearing the braces every day as instructed and cant wait to see the final results which based on the experience up to now I have no reason to think the end result will be well worth it. If I could give a 6 star review I would !! Now 16 weeks into the process and the 6 star review comment still stands !

Arrived on time dentist running a little behind but only by mins which the receptionist updated me on. Harry my dentist is so friendly and professional as is all who work there. Any questions I have he always answers and puts me at ease. Does a thorough check and I’m always happy. Thank you.

Been coming here for around 40 years like the rest of my family Mr Argent was here at the beginning lovely man. Then I had Mr Thorpe another great guy then Mr Blyth before he retired he was Amazing. Staff have always been very nice and professional and what can I say about Jane she's been there forever and a lovely girl or should I say lady now. 🤣🤣😍🥰. Myself and my Husband are with Callam now who's very nice and makes you feel at ease. Thanks Everyone ❤️

I was greeted courteously as soon as I arrived. I was seen promptly and the dentist quickly put me at ease. He explained clearly about the procedure (an extraction) and any possible after-effects I might have and gave me written aftercare instructions. The extraction was done very carefully and I am pleased to say I have had no pain afterwards
