John and his team are friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We have hired vans from them to carry band gear for New Model Army and Shaun Ryder’s Black Grape and have been thoroughly impressed with the service.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received on a number of occasions from John and his team. If I could give them 10 stars I would. From start to finish they have been polite, honest, helpful and the work has been exceptional and within the timescales they promised.
Following long delays by Italian manufacturer sending parts, when they finally came APF pulled the stops out to get the accident repair job on our motorhome done in time for our Xmas getaway. They even collected me from the Peak District when the van was ready. Friendly helpful service. I’ll be back.
Top, top people. Really friendly and accommodating. They fitted me in for a very urgent last minute repair same day today when others said they could not and fixed my issue within 30 minutes. Really great customer service and will now be using only them going forward for my motorhome repairs & servicing. Thanks very much guys.
I'd like to highly recommend AFP, whatever the reason you're looking at them. John has been incredibly helpful to me, a newcomer to motorhomes. I've used AFP to MOT and service my van, learning something from him every time! It's nice to support a business that genuinely wants to support it's customers.
