This is a 5-star review for Apartment 216A Light Box, where we stayed for six months. Horizon Lets is a very professional letting team, and I highly recommend them. They always answer the phone and are quick to help. Special thanks to Piotr Uczkuronis for the excellent service he provided. A truly knowledgeable and professional company I would thoroughly recommend. They have been managing my properties for a few years, and are so customer focused; queries are resolved immediately and professionally. Chris Browne and Shelley are my contacts and both have helped me throughout my property journey. Chris in particular has gone out of his way when I had a difficult issue when the tenant had defaulted. He took over management when no other agents would have and helped me in resolving all issues and getting the property back on the market.
