KFC Sheffield - West Street

This KFC is about what you would expect. The service was fast and overall good. The pictures of the food are a little misleading though. The portion sizes and the way the meals look are not quite the same as shown. The atmosphere is okay. Nothing special. It is clean enough and there is a restroom. I would not go out of my way to eat here, but it is ok if you are in a rush.

Terrible experience at KFC on Wednesday night. It took 25 minutes to get my order, and they marked it as “Order Completed” on the screen before I even received anything, clearly just to maintain their internal ratings. When the food finally came, it was the wrong order, which wasted even more of my time. I politely asked for a drink without ice, but the staff refused, saying it was already made and they couldn’t change it. While I was still eating, they told me to leave for cleaning even though there were still 30 minutes left before closing. They never mentioned this at the time of ordering. I saw another customer ask for just one more minute, and the staff rudely told them no and insisted everyone leave immediately. The staff were unhelpful, rude, and clearly in a rush to close rather than provide decent service. Very disappointing.

Such a clean and lovely place. Food is nice and warm and staff is very helpful and friendly Would definitely come by again
