Not been in before then 3 times this week. If its not in stock they order for next day. Good prices, cheaper then Halfords anyway
Good store, helpful staff as far as my experience here extends (today was my first visit), had a click and collect order then decided I wanted additional products id seen online. The friendly member of staff was very happy to help and spent a good amount of time searching the system finding what I was describing. My only complaints here was that there was little signal within the store so my mobile data/phone was unable to work efficiently/at all. Its a fairly small tucked away branch but was worth visiting
Dan was super helpful for me today, after an error with delivery, he made sure to quickly resolve the issue for me by tracking down new discs and pads for me, even helped me take them to the car! Dan you was super friendly helpful and polite! Will be back for sure should I need anything else!
Sneaky company. Look VERY carefully at the small print. They give you a variety of part options of products for your car. I expect a battery to fit a mass produced car, especially one that was shown to fit my car. It doesn’t fit properly and because I’ve tried to fit it, they will not accept it back. Plenty of other suppliers out there which I will use in future for my vehicles.
