We cannot recommend Renald enough for any plumbing or heating services. He is reliable, friendly, honest and completes jobs to a high standard. He has gone out of his way to fit us in at short notice, and has given me advice over the phone when he felt the issue would be easily resolved. We really trust his professional opinion. We will not hesitate to use his services again when we need it. Thank you!
Excellent service, very pleased. Boiler not working, came out same day to assess the problem, and as it was a Friday and I would have been left without heating for the weekend, Renald stayed late to effect a temporary repair. Great communication, kept me informed on parts needed and when delivery expected, and arranged a convenient time with me to come and complete the repair. Very efficient and conscientious, happy to recommend, and will definitely use again when the need arises
Needed two dripping taps fixing. A plumber I have used previoisly has still not replied. Contacted RELIABLE Plumbing with no high expectations as it's December. They communicated clearly as am always busy and work in the afternoons. With details of work that was required, open contact with time my availability RELIABLE Plumbing did the work at a suitable time. From contacting them to the work been completed was excellent. Very polite knowledgable and gave me some great advice with another issue. Rushed to bank yesterday and really did not need to as payment can be done via Bank Transfer very useful will remember that next time. Thank You for completing the work at short notice very much appreciated.
Had a leak on outside tap, called and came out promptly, also quoted over the phone by me sending a video of the fault which I found helpful as there was no nasty surprises when it came to the bill. Very polite, prompt and good price and workmanship. Will be using for any future work. Highly recommend.
