Can mot fault this surgery . I find the receptiln staff friendly and helpful they will do anything in their power to assist . The doctors are approachable, easy to talk to and friendly. I wouldn't change my surgery for anything.
Fantastic GP service. Available appointments in relatively shot time. Very thorough care and consultations.
I was a patient here for 6 years however over the last 2 months I have been chucked to the kerb and left to find a GP that will actually provide me with the care and treatment I need as a trans patient I was given 2 weeks to find a new practice, furthermore a few of the receptionist are incredibly rude and incompetent and need to be informed about the bedside manor. There is much to be desired about this practice and seriously need to think about who they are employing
I am with this medical centre for 5 years now and they been absolutely lovely ! All of them. yes at times I questioned them if its the right thing to listen to their advice but in all my cases I managed to recover and was glad I did listen. When I hear other people that they struggle to get an appointment with other surgeries that was never the case for me and always treated me quick if it was an emergency. I understand that not everyone had a good experience but please remember the staff that works there are simply humans and they try their best to do their job, they would be days when they are super busy and days when they are not. Thank you from The bottom of my heart to All those who work at Duke medical care! You are doing an amazing job.
Had an appointment here this morning and to be quite honest felt like it was a waste of time! Because I’m a nurse I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously and was actually told because I work at the hospital I could get advice from doctors there!! Which is rather insulting and inappropriate! Needless to say I have come away with no treatment plan or way forward! So I’m left struggling with my mental health and pain and numbness in my arms hands and fingers also neck! Palpitations unstable blood pressure.. I may as well have stayed in bed! This is such a shame because I was seen by a locum . The regular team of doctors are absolutely 💯 amazing . I can quite honestly say that I could have an appointment with any one of them and receive the best care and attention.
