Credit where it is due. HUGE improvements of the service overall. Big factor being a realible online service now (Accurx). I had stated previously if a system like this would be added, it will make the service more realible for everyday non-emergency queries. During the COVID period and 2022, this practice was bad I gave up getting an appointment in most instances. From 1/5 to 5/5 ⭐

Arrived few minutes late and doctor decided to turn me and my two kids away. Been for appointments countless times and have been waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. Shame, need to change my surgery after 30+ years

Very poor service. If you get past the angry receptionist you may get to see an actual Dr. They will cut you off halfway through reciting your list of symptoms because they really don't care how sick you are. They will send numerous letters and texts re their KPIs (the tests like smear and breast etc that the surgery gets paid by the government for) but haven't monitored my back condition or my autoimmune disease for years. When you try to get help and support it's a dead end every time. When I was too unwell to get to the surgery for an offered appointment that day they lied in my notes and said I'd preferred a pre booked appointment. If you haven't downloaded the NHS app yet and looked at your notes, then I urge you to do so. You will then see that your records are misleading, poorly spelled and written and contain a number of misconceptions or actual untruths. Avoid this surgery if you can. It's everything that is useless and dangerous about the NHS currently and may cause you harm or delay to treatment.

Incompetent doctors, incompetent receptionists. My family has been coming here for 42 years (before I was even born actually) and it's no where near how good it used to be. All the good doctors are gone, have been for about a decade now. Good luck getting an appointment, referral or prescription. They will not correctly update your medical records of what was discussed if you actually do get an appointment. They will ignore your calls. The pharmacy will have nothing to view when you discuss what happened in your appointment. They've even hidden the landline recently out of site now after someone pointed it out at reception. So if in person you can now no longer see them ignore it. Anyone reading this, please don't just review it here on Google but file a complaint through the NHS. This place needs to shut down and reformed with a completely new management team

Dr Khaliq and Fatima are the worst doctors this practice has so avoid an appointment with them if possible. I made a complaint weeks ago regarding how rubbish both these drs were and it was completely ignored. Avoid this surgery change as soon as possible.
