Sparks Laundry & Dry Cleaning

I used this laundrette today with my daughter. We wanted to wash and dry her bedding. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Costs are reasonably priced. We will use this laundrette again. Highly recommend. I loved the fresh washing smell. Thank you very much 😊

I brought a pair of dry clean only curtains on Weds 25 June with a small blood stain on them to be told by the staff that dry cleaning won't get the blood stain out and there was nothing that could be done. Staff rude and about as unhelpful as they can be. I went home and rang 3 other local dry cleaners who all said that they could use stain remover and the dry clean would remove the stain. Took them into the Nether Edge dry cleaners and as promised, it worked a treat with stain removal, and worked a treat. I won't be using Sparks again as looks like staff just have "attitude" and aren't bothered about doing anything for the customer, while they fold their arms and eat their lunch telling you what they can't do.
