I went to Emily with intense knee pain when doing the simplest activities such as walking. She was fantastic at reassuring me, and giving me the correct exercises to bring me back to full health. I am now back to exercising with no pain. Thanks again Emily!

I started seeing Emily last summer, and I’ve gone from experiencing bad hip pain when running at 2-3k, with pain lasting for a few days after, to running 20k totally pain free in around 7 months. I’d had issues with hip pain since 2022. I’d diligently stuck to a plan given to me by an NHS physio for over a year with absolutely no success and no progress in returning to running or sorting out the pain. Emily really listened and understood where I was coming from, and what equipment I had access to at home. She factored this in to create a plan I could follow at home that I progressed with over time. She knew when I could be pushed further and when I needed to step back/rest a bit more, including tweaking what I was doing to fit round a new injury I picked up after a fall. Would highly recommend!

When I say Emily has literally changed my life I am not over exaggerating. I have suffered for years with lower back pain which began to get worse when I took up running. I went to see Emily not entirely expecting a miracle but hoping to improve...let's just say expectations EXCEEDED. Not only have I got back to running 10k but now I'm training for my first half, alongside having a better knowledge of my body and being able to use it better in my day to day life as well. Emily has given me the tools to keep improving and sent me on my merry way happier and stronger than I was before. She knows her stuff, is so supportive, and an added bonus is she's super friendly!! Couldn't recommend more ☺️

I came to Emily following a reoccurring back injury that had started to limit my active life. Couldn’t run or lift weights and had started to effect my job. Emily’s knowledge is second to none, quickly finding the problem and formulating a plan to both get rid of the pain and prevent it reoccurring. The strength focus of Emily’s sessions has allowed me to get back to lifting weights and running again! She amazing at what she does and has a personality to match! I would 100% recommend her to anyone, the best physio around!!

I made an appointment with Emily due to knee pain. Emily was polite and personable as soon as I arrived at my appointment and made me feel at ease. She quickly ascertained the cause of my pain and explained the science behind it. From this we were able to draw up a set of bespoke exercises to combat the pain and strengthen the area. Everything was explained to me in straightforward terms and I left feeling confident about my rehab. I am now running pain free and looking forward to my half marathon.
