Highly recommend! My treatment was for my knee pain, and Richard offered me solutions and amazing expertise to help get rid of the pain as well as allow me to run again. The cause was identified relatively quickly and I was given very achievable exercises and advice to help me between sessions. I had some setbacks to my progress that were met with understanding. I have a prolapse disc in my lower back, which I have been battling for 15 years. I have tried all sorts of stretching and yoga, but I continued to have problems. I had a very bad flare-up (I could not put my own socks on) and went to see Charlie at Fit4physio and she managed to understand the mechanism of what was triggering the pain. I have been seeing Charlie and Rich for many years for various sporting injuries and aches and pains. Last year I hurt my sacroiliac joint - a very persistent and at times extremely painful problem that felt like it was never going to go away. Charlie was very thorough and diligent, getting to the root of the problem and helping me to understand what was going on and what I could do to sort it out. It took over a year to crack it but I am delighted that I am finally pain free and back fully enjoying all the sports and activities I love.

I got in touch with Charlie after a recommendation from a friend. I had suffered with a very painful Achilles tendon injury and over the final few weeks it got really bad. After 3 sessions with Charlie I was back to walking normally, enjoying hikes in the Peaks and most importantly simply getting out of bed and walking downstairs with no pain. On my last appointment I asked Charlie to look at my right shoulder too, fearing it may be going the way my left one did where I needed keyhole surgery. After a great massage and weekly exercises to build the strength back up it’s also feeling so much better. I have already told Charlie that I would not hesitate to see her again with any other ailments I may have. I would also highly recommend her to anyone else. A very personal and friendly approach with a real passion to heal you.
