The pain was constant — a deep, stabbing ache in my lower back with sharp nerve pain travelling down my leg. I couldn’t sleep properly, couldn’t get comfortable, and even the simplest things felt impossible. It drained me physically and mentally. I’d tried everything before coming here… physio elsewhere, stretching, medication, rest. Nothing was giving me real relief. I walked into Sheffield Physiotherapy feeling defeated. Then I met Lewis, who genuinely took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and reassure me that there was a way forward. He recommended IDD Therapy, and from the very first few sessions, something changed. The treatment was gentle and controlled, and for the first time in months, I didn’t feel scared of the pain. Sujay had been very helpful and very professional. Not only had he treated my frozen shoulder with care and patience, he also explained the procedures and gave me the confidence to do follow up exercises to speed up the recovery.

Rebecca has been amazing helping my recovery from a dislocated elbow. Initially supporting and complementing NHS care enabling faster progression and recovery and then helping to get that extra manoeuvrability and functionality post NHS care. I’ve been treated by Sujay. It’s been great so far my pain has slowly subsided and Sujay helps me with stretches and movements to help the pain , and in the consultations he does a fantastic job at treating me. Sujay knows what he’s talking about and provides treatment based on that and answers any questions or problems I have. In addition to this he provides great care in general as a patient should receive , highly recommended !!
