I have been in pain for a long time, unable "to be me" and unable do the activities i enjoy. Kate brings a completely different approach to my previous experiences and whilst I dont fully understand how the heck she does it, I trust her obvious skills,expertise and knowledge. I am blown away by the positive changes I'm experiencing in such a short time. I am headed back to "being me" and I'm excited to get back out and be as active as i can be which is fantastic 😁

I have been coming to see Katie for a few sessions with hip pain and once she found where the pain was actually coming from she was able to use her 'magic' It's a very different and intuitive approach she uses but her expertise and understanding of how your body functions and how she was able to make me pain free is nothing more than a miracle. I have had physiotherapy previously, using manipulation but the pain after a while had been coming back. So I thought I would try Katie after a friend recommended her. She is a breath of fresh air, she really listens to you and makes you feel at ease and her aim is to make you pain free long term! She is also there to answer any questions any time, always responding straight away. If you are looking for someone to help with pain and want to try a different approach to just conventional physiotherapy I would recommend her in a heartbeat and have already to friends and family. I have used sigma Physiotherapy for several years. I always find Kate to be extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and hard working with my various issues. She works diligently to get to the root cause of any issues I may have and also put into place plans to help recover and strengthen. I highly recommend her.

Had a great session with Kate, based super close to the centre of Sheffield, free parking at the hotel you just have to give your registration to the spa staff. Had a recent snowboarding injury to my back, I wasn’t happy with the slow recovery with the physio I had at work. Got in touch with Kate she was more than happy to see me. She mentioned my left leg wasn’t sparking as well as it should, stalling the recovery time. She took me through some exercises and movements also pressing on certain areas to wake my nervous system up again, and I felt the change quite instantaneously. I will definitely be back, and I would recommend to anyone :) Thanks again Kate!

Can't recommend this service enough to anyone ready to heal. Kate is a highly skilled, professional, straightforward and deeply considerate practitioner. You get as much as you can show up to give with her, often more. A stand out service amongst health and wellbeing services; for what Kate delivers it's clear a lot of time and thought has gone into developing her skills and understandings.
