I went with a hip problem but not knowing any further information and Jayden took a few sessions to figure out what was happening while giving me exercises to test. Once we realised the issue, we had regular sessions tailored specifically to my problem and my hobbies to make sure I could get back to them as quick as possible, giving specific exercises, running through these with me in the gym on site to make sure I did them correctly and effectively, and increasing the difficulty on them until I was ready to self manage my rehab. I would definitely recommend using Whitehouse and would use them again with any future issues

Snapped my ACL in August 2022, had the pleasure of being put with Carl for my rehab. What a guy this man is, was a huge motivator and an even better physio, always looked forward to his sessions and after 10/11 months I was back playing football and back to my fittest.
