We recently completed the sale of our property and purchase of a new property through Best Solicitors. Emma was our allocated conveyancer and she was brilliant! She kept us up to date with progress and was easy to contact by phone or email. She is very knowledgeable and provided accurate and direct advice which we acted upon. She is also a very lovely and funny woman which made the whole conveyancing process a lot easier - especially when she would translate conveyancing jargon to me - without making me feel daft! We were recommended Best Solicitors by our estate agent (Owen Beasley) and we're glad we took on the recommendation as they had a good working relationship and the communication channels between us all were clear and easy to receive updates.
