Halfords - Crystal Peaks (Waterthorpe)

Great customer service at the Drakehouse Store Sheffield, I went in for a bulb change ironically my battery went flat while I was waiting for the appointment. the fitter was brilliant and got the car jump started fitted the bulb and made sure the car started again afterwards. He even helped me select the right jump starter as a back up in future. He did all that with no fuss and a very friendly but professional approach. Excellent customer service, it will definitely encourage me to visit again.

Went because my battery had been flat - to see if I needed a new one or not. The assistant who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and the results. Gave me advice about new battery options as the test he did showed my battery had quite low capacity. He showed me the results. He answered any questions. . Did a check on my car and advised that my front tyres need replacing soon. He showed me the results of the tyre tread test for each tyre and reassured that everything else was Ok. Which I appreciated. Would recommend to others.

I can’t believe I’ve not left a review sooner. I’ve been using this Halfords for years and they’ve always been spot on. Staff are friendly, helpful and you always know where you stand with returns and exchanges – it’s all really simple and hassle-free. The opening times are really handy too when you’re busy. Proper reliable local store.

My son have a bulb out so we went into Halfords at Crystal Peaks on a miserable rainy day to be greeted by welcoming staff who were very helpful. The gentleman on the cash desk was really lovely and the young chap who fitted 2 bulbs for us was quick, professional and very helpful. Thank you so much!

Visited Halfords at Crystal Peaks (Waterthorpe) Sheffield yesterday to look for a child car seat. The staff were very professional and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The staff member talked us through the car seat that we had chosen and gave us a demonstration on how to fit the seat correctly. Very pleased with the car seat and a great price.
