The staff were really lovely and attentive, we traveled nearly 2 hours to come to the shop and I honestly felt like I’d won the lottery finding these boots! I’d not seen anything like them! I struggle getting boots because I have quite wide calves but then I found these boots!!!

A super western wear store with all the big brand names. I bought all of my husbands Christmas gifts from here and the pricing is really competitive with similar online suppliers. So much choice and can’t wait come back to see the stock now the shop is bigger!

We were in there this morning, came recommended from the line dancing classes in Mansfield area and it was well worth the travelling. My first pair of boots. Obsessed with their website and store so my lovely boyfriend provided me with a voucher for my birthday. I was spoilt for choice! After narrowing it down, I saw the Ariat bag I wanted was out of stock...however, I messaged the team on Instagram a within a minute I was reassured I could still order the bag and it would take approx a week for them to get it in for me. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to speak to. I can't wait to visit the store in person but It would honestly turn in to a day out for me! Lovely staff, really modest and competitive prices and excellent variety and stock. Will 100% be ordering again and can't wait for my goodies to arrive! Theyre helping me with my Ariat collection for sure xx Further edit: placed the order 21st of August but due to stock issues and lots of emails, order didn't arrive until 31st of October. No fault of the cowboy boot store in the end as was down to Ariat but still disappointing. Happy the bag arrived in the end. Did also order a M hat listed 56-57cm on the site, arrived and shows a label of 58 which is too big. Sadly.
