My mum visited the heeley store today to purchase some knitwear and accessories. She wasnt sure where the gloves and hats were located so a member of staff kindly assisted and helped her and got them down for her as she couldnt reach. Amazing service from the store colleagues. She made her purchase and left the store satisfied with her experience and purchase. Thankyou ❤️

Yesterday I visited this store to buy some sleepwear and very happy with what I purchased. The lovely lady at the checkout was absolutely fantastic and her customer service skills was outstanding. I am gutted I didn’t get her name but she had a teenage daughter. The lady had dark hair with such a friendly face. I spent years in my career training people on customer service and omg she smashed it. I had a bad morning yesterday and this actually made my day. This lady is such a credit to you and we need more people like this in retail. I really hope this message will get to her.

Well stocked store reasonable prices not the choice there used to be always good children selection of clothing could do with better selection of home wear staff friendly and helpful easy parking plenty and no charge just popped into see the sale some good bargains in there 😀

I came I'm and asked the staff for help as I was shopping for a disabled child, the staff member denise followed me around and made me feel so uncomfortable due to her been so rude until I had to leave. I have never been so disgusted

Nice outfit and good bargain too.
