Primark

Good afternoon. I have just been on a call with a colleague of yours at the store on the Moor in Sheffield - her name was Lucy. I don't mind telling you that she NEEDS to work on her customer service skills seriously when answering the phone etc. Instead of her saying "Good afternoon, Primark the Moor, Lucy speaking", all she said was "Hello" & that was it. No customer service mannerisms whatsoever - she needs training again. Thank you.

Poor customer service provided by one of the managers, Stefan. Seemed like he was on a power-trip. Gladly have received my refund at another branch who displayed basic empathy and understanding of exceptional cases. Stefan on the other hand has not been educated in this aspect and doesn't seem to know how, why or when to use discretion in customer service. Really bad service once again.

Awful service at the tills. I tried to return a faulty item and the cashier had such a bad attitude, did not even listen to my issue and accused me of having worn the item. The item had a lot of quality issues and I had only tried it on at home, however the cashier did not even let me speak and was basically repeating the same thing all over again. I left realising there is no winning with such a person but she did ruin my day. I'm not sure what has gone wrong in her life to have such a bad mood and people skills. I would not return to this store and would not buy from here either due to quality issues.

Nice store, good area. Everything is organized, really friendly security. Only issue is when you go to leave the checkout area you need to scan your receipt so a bit of an inconvenience when you put it away to then have to get it back out.

Always best place to shop for budget friendly purchases. Great collections and good staff- situated in city centre, sheffield
