Millie helped us choose our newborn travel system in store today, she made it a really great experience, she was super informed and gave really reliable mum tips! Great deal and great service. Cant remember the last time we had this type of service in a shop.
My favourite Smyths to go to!! Always happy to help, engage with kids & just a nice feel when in the store!! Nothings ever too much for them & very knowledgeable.
Walked straight through the door in my school uniform and a worker said “no messing around” yes some teenagers will mess around however that does not mean that you can judge someone as soon as they walk through a door. As well as this we were just browsing and we were constantly being watched by staff. Didn’t get the staffs name however he was a man 5’10 and had brown hair. Some one sort this out!!!
Had a lovely experience in store yesterday, Asher was absolutely wonderful and so kind to my little niece, she made her evening!
